Keep the questions coming Darren but I'm not the best one to answer them - Alison's your woman for Sharm but you'll get lots of advice from others too and of course, when you've had time to read through lots more threads, you'll pick up loads of information that will help you through your thinking and buying process.
The only reason I can't help as I'd like to, is that our first property was in Dubai and the reason it was three years between that and our latest in Hurghada is that they went a year over the original completion date! At least it gave us time to pay for the whole thing.

Mabruk George - may you both be blessed witha beautiful, healthy daughter.
You've still got plenty of time to find a name - sometimes it doesn't arrive until the baby does

Agree Linda - we thought Amy would be a boy all along ( we never asked what sex any of ours were ) and choose the name Jack - we had such a shock when she was born as we were convinced she was going to be a boy. It took us right up to the cut off point to registar her at 6 weeks before we decided on her name - she was called something different everyday as we couldnt decide what she looked like then decided on Amy as Paul wanted a short name that couldnt be shortened like PJ - guess what - PJ's friends call him ' Pidgeon ' and Amys call Aims!!

Congratulations George,
When is your daughter due as the time of year can be relevant in naming her? My daughter is called Verna Louise as she was born in late spring - vernal equinox.
