Hi George, I think they are lovely names, one of my daughters names is Stephanie. I have 4 daughters: Amanda, Dee, Stephanie and Terri. Plus I have 7 grandchildren and the girls names are: Billie, Charlie, Casey and Connie. Glad you have managed to narrow it down to 2, its hard picking a name. lol. Chat again soon.

Real shame.
Hi Linda, its nice to be back. So you don't like Dubai! I have never been so haven't a clue what it's like. I would love some hot weather, it was really hot today! But I suppose you would get a bit fed up with it, if you got it all the time. I get so fed up with the constant rain and hardly any sun in the summer. Can't wait to go to Egypt, I have never been yet. See ya soon.

Hiya Dawn,

Actually I think Dubai would be great for a holiday - there is a mind-boggling amount of things to do for all ages, and it seems that there's much more to come too. I know my 15 year old son would love it. We just went for the day though to get some business sorted out and as I'm not keen on city living, Dubai wouldn't suit me. We live in the 'city' in Bahrain too and I'm not keen on that either!
Weather wise, I suppose most of us want what we can't have or what we miss I miss rain and cold after the endless heat here (and at 45 degrees it's far too hot to enjoy) and you miss the summer!

Linda

Yes I think you're right re weather, I didn't cope with the heat so good in Egypt, I now know I couldn't live there, for me, its exactly as it was in Jordan. The reason I cope so well in Dubai, is the air conditioning, as you know yourself, you have to exprience it to understand. A person can remain so anonymous in Dubai, and once inside a building it really is so very quiet, everything seems to be quadruple glazed.

Hi ya - hope you are all being good!! It is sooooo hot here at the moment - only had an hour delay with Easyjet so not too bad. Hotel good for the money but it is keepig me fit - loads of steps, slopes and walking from restaurant and reception to room. Met Elaine today and we have had a couple of drinks and had a good old natter. Elaine is a lovely lady and I very much enjoyed her company. Thankyou Elaine - dont know when she will be online though as her laptop crashed but she is hoping to be staying here another month. Anyway update complete for now as this is costing me a small fortune!! Speak soon xxx
