Do the sheets move with the ripples?

Why does that sound a little bit rude, Vix ? Do you imagine that the sheets float a few inches from the bed or are so stiff that they lay unmoving on the top I knew someone with a water bed and yes, the sheets do move with the ripples (still sounds vaguely rude ).

While on the subject, Egyptian cotton is not brilliant quality just because it's cotton and you buy it in Egypt. We couldn't find anything in Cairo when we looked a few years ago though no doubt that's all changed. A lot of the good stuff goes for export. The thread count is what matters - the higher the count, the better the quality. (i have a feeling that I'm telling you something you already know )

Hi Lsab, I thought the sheets wud move cos I.m assuming the lack of any thing at the sides to tuck into. I've always thought of water beds being rather sexyyyyyyy. (Wonder if you can buy in Egypt)
Didnt have a clue about thread counts tho.

The one I saw had a frame around it and you could tuck sheets down it. Yes, they do have a sexy reputation don't they but at my age I'm more concerned about my back ....and I believe they're great for them too!

Also I wonder how you get on with 2 in a water bed. I imagine my husband turning over and me flying out the other side!!!

You wld have to turn in unison I suppose.

Hi Linda, Hows it going? We a bit fed up. Haven't heard a word since we signed our contracts, and no one is getting back to us. So have just emailed the owner and hope we get a reply. We have been waiting since early April. Oh well, we'll see what happens.
