Default New Resort Coming Soon

Please keep an eye on the premium section for details of two new projects coming to the market very soon.

The first is on 44000m2 of land adjacent to the Saudi Palace in Al Ahiaa; this will be probably the most luxurious development on this section of coast to be announced this year. It will consist of a five star hotel to be managed by one of the worlds top international hotel groups, 20 private villas on the beach and 260 luxury beachfront apartments. The resort will have 375 metres of private beach, together with designer shops, restaurants and a leisure club with fitness centre and spa.

Most importantly, it ill be launched with full Due Diligence already in place, building licence and contracts already prepared. All payments will be through a UK lawyers escrow account giving security to buyers and agents alike.

The second project will be a small boutique Development in Sahl Hasheesh with views over the links golf course directly to the sea. This will consist of just 48, studios, one and two bed apartments and penthouses and will have its own pools and gardens and access to a small private beach. Once again, this project will be launched once all permissions have been confirmed, the contract is prepared and once launched there will be no delays.

Many buyers are justifiably fed up with the constant uncertainty which follows buying in to a project where all of the administration and permits are not in place before the project goes to market.

Hi Peter thank you for your reply, Firstly getting the money to buy isn't a problem, my concerns are renting and the success throughout the year, looking at holiday brouchers it looks cheeper for someone to go all inclusive rather than renting? is getting the property rented easy or is the market flooded by self catering. What management companies are there what do they charge? What is the reccommended airline are they the cheapest? i can't think off much more at the moment, if you can think off anything i may have forgotten please feel free to add them on

Regards

Steve

Hi

You are an 'active' member now so should be able to send and receive private messages. You can only do this with other 'active' members, so this shouldn't be a problem with Juanita.

A post is just a message that you've written - like the one you've written or posted above and like this one.
The forum is broken up into various countries and within each of these there are subject headings or threads. You wanted to make a 'post' on the Hurghada Village thread for instance.
To send a private message - or PM - to Juanita, the easiest way is to find a 'post' made by her then click on her name. A 'drop-down menu' appears - click on 'send a private message' and follow the instructions.

Any more problems please feel free to ask. Sorry neither of us got back to you more quickly. We're both horribly busy at the moment!

Best wishes
Linda

Hi Dawn - long time no hear! Three holidays to look forward to, that's fantastic. You really deserve it.

I heard from Lyndsay a few days ago and they're all settling in very well. You'll see for yourself in September!

I think you'll find that it's rarely very cold in Hurghada - from what other members have said - though it might be cool in the evenings. It'll still be hot in September.

You must be really excited at the thought of your first holiday in Egypt, I know you'll have a great time.
xx
