Hi

I'm sure somebody will come on with a command of Arabic who can help - I did business for many years with a lady who was our agent in Egypt and when addressed with her husband he always took precedence (as in fact is the formal way here - Mr & Dr where the Dr. is a lady), I find if you stick to the recognised and traditional formats you can't go far wrong.

Possibly you could address the letter just to her and then write Dear Mr & Mrs or even Dear Ahmed and Cherifa or whatever.

Not much help but at least a reply!

Default hi

hi new member here please be gentle, not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes, has anybody got any information on the new Iraida furniture showroom apparently opening in hurghada. if its true does it mean we will have a good source of quality furniture easily accessible as i have had major problems in the past trying to get good quality, high class furniture. my last holiday in hurghada was spent tripping in and out of what can only be described at best as brightly coloured childrens furniture shops. very little of what i saw would impress my wife. any infomation would be useful. thanx
