The Iraida furniture store will be in Mubarek 8, nearly opposite the RAJAC school.

The official launch is 23 October, I believe, but they should have a soft opening a few weeks prior to this.

Default hi everyone and salamalekum!

i have missed not being on this site properly well i took a peep yesterday, but i have put nothing on yet.

i am wrestling with contracts and registration and helpful advice from forum members and hopefully the english developer. I have been hiding from all the details and perhaps the reality has hit me, that it is not only about my beautiful egypt, the nile, the sunsets, the people, the craziness but if i want to sit on my roof garden, listening to the imam calling people to pray, look at the sunset, enjoy all the nationalities and meet them, i have to do some work its not all play!

oh la la la!

so i am going to log off for now look at registration, read wise words come up with some of my own questions again!! for my friends on the site and the developers and hope i get an answer.

i go now

hi queenie

not left the site yet as i said i would a few minutes ago but wanted to say shokran for your message about pics. when i am feeling sane about registration i will try and understand what you said! is this the famous zaied the lawyer who is singing and what tavern is this is it in sharm, and i am always reading about him doing the registration, does he do it for purchasers in hurghada, can you send me details please.

i am gathering all information, my apartment is jointly owned, and when i come i will not be coming with co-owner, does that matter if i have all the correct documents can i do the registration for us both, do you know this or do i need to seek legal advice.

shokran

Hi Doc,

Yes, the new Iraida showroom is due to open soon. It's on the road as you come in to Sekalla (Old Town Hurghada) and looks to be near ready to start piling furniture in and open. We've been home two weeks so they could well be setting it up by now. Peter Mitry probably passes it every day so he will give you updates I'm sure

Hi NubianQueen - yes the vid was of our singing lawyer Zeiad. It was taken when we met up in Naama bay at the Tavern bar. He does deal with Hurghada properties as well and you can either send him a personal message via the forum by clicking on his name or go into page 1 of the legal thread where you will find his contact details.

Hope you are well and happy reading xx

Alison

Default snagging

hi everyone

i wonder if anyone can help me with the snagging process, how long does it take after the original snagging is done for everything to be ready, i realise this is a big big question depending on what is found!

i also realise that we do our own snagging when we move in? and hopefully have any problems sorted because there is a one year guarantee? this is just off the top of my head any expert opinions would be appreciated

Thanks for this info Suzanne - not that familiar with Hurghada - only the Iraida offices and the main town etc - is it anywhere near there. Or am I totally in the wrong area - I can't seem to find a decent map anywhere. Any help / map please to find these furniture showrooms of Iraida?
