Winking Frog is somewhere near the bowling alley and behind Sinbad Water Park. I've never been but it's pretty central, on Village St. Full of Brits i believe, they even have a quiz night!!!!!
I've heard good things about The Bull, near La Perla (and me) so will check that out too. Much as I love the local culture, I do like my beer!!!!
Only 2 days to go, Yipee, see you there. XX

Winking Frog is almost opposite the Egyptian Hospital, near the Sara's Residence development, chairs outside but most of it is below street level. They also have a curry night and roast nights!!

Sorry, can't help with the Winking Frog, I'm sure somebody will give you directions though, or maybe if you just hop in a taxi they'll take you there.

Regarding Skype, it is very easy. I only started it very recently myself. Just go to Skype.com and download the software from their website, it takes about 2 minutes. Once it is downloaded it will search all the email addresses in your address book and find anyone that already has skype. There are instructions, that are very easy to follow. Once you are set up, you can speak to anybody who also has skype for as long as you want and free of charge, you will need to buy a headset with microphone to do this. I bought one off ebay for less than a fiver
Hi Suzi, Thanks for your help. I will try out the Skype. That will be handy, my daughter starts uni in Chichester next week, and will be living there, so it will be cheaper for her to chat to us. It will be her first time to live away from home and although she is nearly 20, I will worry. I will also look on ebay for the headset. Cheers.

Dawn

Smile Skype headset

Hi Dawn just seen your post and thought I'd mention that we found reasonable headset at PC world or Amazon on the net. Hope your daughter settles down well here in sunny south lol it's nothing but grey sky and windy Chichester is a very nice place it's only a few miles up the road from me, what's your daughter studing?

Dawn,Wayne,Rod, Ann and I had a lovely meal in The Winking Frog last night, they got here despite having booked on XL. Life is great out here, the sky is blue, not a cloud to be seen, and a gentle breeze to take the edge off the heat.
Just thought you'd all like to know that. Helen XXXXXX
