Has anyone here had any experience investing in these rather forgotten parts of Europe? I would be interested to hear what you have to say.

We plan to be visiting Serbia and Bosnia in a couple of weeks and will be looking at real estate there. Something in the country, modest in a good setting. I was in sarajevo a few years ago - great city and am really considering looking at an apartment, prices seem extremely reasonable. My only concern is the paperwork - any info on how easy/complicated a purchase might be would be useful.
