I've been looking over the web for some good property investments in serbia. I've been to Belgrade on numerous occasions over the years and have seen the amazing growth especially in the new belgrade area.
What I'm looking for are off plan or new residential developments which would be rented out to middle or upper middle class serbs, and to expats. Could anybody share their thoughts on this exiting market?
