Hi,
whenever possible please try to never include your email address in your posts. The reason is that there are a lot of automated programs that search forums like Totally Property looking for email addresses. These are then used for spamming purposes.

It is always better to exchange email addresses via the Private Messaging (PM) system on the forum. The PM system is a secure and private one-to-one messaging system.
