The house is a 19th century “maison de maître” surrounded by vineyards and pine forest, 3 Km far from village. The place is very calm. The house has just been refurbished keeping an authentic “provençal” style (tile on first floor are authentic non aged “tomette”), not furnished, the building is adjoined to a farm.
Garden, terrace with a beautiful view, cool cave for whine storage for example.

Ground floor: Dining room (1 fireplace), equipped Kitchen, lavatory, cellar for storage and utilities, Living room (1 fireplace), Office.
First Floor: 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom many storage/linen cupboard.

Space: 200 m2 (appreciatively).

Central Heating: Electric radiators, burning wood, brand new double windows. The house is cool (thick walls) in the summer, heating is only needed in winter.
Swinning pool is in project, but there is a "plan d'eau" at 10 minutes walk from the house ( very appreciated in hot summer days. There are hundreds ways for nature walks or you can challenge the Mont Ventoux on your bicycle!
