I am an active buy to let investor in Belgium. I have so far used domestic mortgages to finance the properties - which are currently fully let, washing their faces and returning capital growth of better than 10% per year over the last five years.
Clearly, I would like to buy more properties there - given they are still comparatively cheap and the rental market is strong. I can get offers of 70% loan to value from the domestic banks but I am interested to know if anyone knows of a lender which will offer higher leverage? I am happy to hear all thoughts and to be contacted by serious IFAs. Cheers! |
