there we go.

If you can afford 185.000€ I can get you 3 nice 70 sqm flats in a prime location, each fully refurbished and rented for 380€ each,

that is
380 x 3 flats x 12 months = 13680€ rental income
(can be increased 10% in Jan 2008)....

so go and figure those returns with all those "exciting" eastern european "opportunities".
