Buying Danika Residency, Colva in Goa

Hi,

I just wondered if there is anyone out there currently buying or has bought on Danika Residency, Colva. A group of us are getting a good neighbours group together, to co-ordinate up to date info and to give each other feedback on progress when we are visiting Goa.
