Default INDIA- anyone had experience ?

Hi Guys

just wondering if anyone on the forum has had any experience investing in Real Estate in India. Love to hear your experience and thought about the future.

If anbyone has done research please make any helpful comments.

Years ago I looked at China but was advised to avoid it (by a good Chinese friend) she said the corruption was just too high and this make the risk to me to great. I was going to use her a business partner, but she said don't do it.

I know India's corruption is high also, but hoping it would be a little better than China?

Regards

Hi Everyone,

I'm Daniel based in India in Chennai, I'm in to this forum to help people from European countries and foreign nationals to buy a property in India. I'm in the real estate business for the past 35 years it was run by my dad with in the country and i've joined him and concentrating on overseas properties. Now the best thing about the service i offer is i not only sell the property i also provide Errand Service if a foriegn national is going to stay in India. I'm at the moment concentrating in selling properties in Chennai and Tamilnadu which is ofcourse a beautiful place to stay.I also help the foreigners to let their property out if they want and get them some return on Investments if they don't intend to stay. I have a lot of facilities attached to my property buying services. You can rest assured that you are doing honest business with me. I'm in the process of setting up my own website which will be out in the Newyear. If any one interested to hear more can contact me through email at danielusah@yahoo.com.

Hope to hear from you

Many Thanks

Daniel

Hi - do you have a website that I can look at. I have heard that Reliance Group employess are snapping up flats in the region. Is this true? Are the rental and resale options good in the area. The biggest thing I have been warned about is the service charges in the larger complexes can be astronomical - and it seems not everyone pays the same rates??? It's this kind of thing that puts me off a bit.

Thanks
F
