YES,IT WAS AN EMAIL FROM ALATTAR THAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN LIKE THAT.

MB,

I think he sold through bhomes (Better Homes).

Bhomes may achieve a quick sale but this will probably be due to them pricing property at the lower scale. I would not accept anything below 320,000 AED even though it is far from completion. These flats are of a higher quality than most around International City and hence, will be worth more once built (if they ever get built!!!).

I was just looking at my Aljawzaa contract, it says they can extend the 31st december 2007 deadline by only 180 days, after that compensation is payable to the buyer. Well tameer have just about 8 mths to get this built or I'll be to the bank!

Hi

I am new in the forum and would need help / advise. I am in the process of negotation for an apartment in Block England. The agent is GOWEALTHY, my question is that can this agent be trusted?

Appreciate, if any one can share their experience with Gowealthy.

MB, I was of course quoting for a studio. Current prices for completed studios in Internatinal City are closer to 350,000 AED.

Hello everyone

I'm interested to apply for a studio apartment in Vancouver/ Toronto tower in Dubai International City. I have been researching over the Google and I found "Better Homes" a *popular* real estate agent.

They have a listing for the following Studio apartment.

Unit type: Apartment
Location: International City
Sq. ft Area: 426
View: Community view
Ready Date: December 2008
AED: 290,244/-

I plan to meet Better Homes in couple of weeks. However, I would like to know the following;

1) More details on the project, and the developer.
2) What is the expected completion date?
3) What is the expected ROI once the project is ready?

The price is attarctive but I wouldn't put any money on the completion. It was supposed to be Dec O7, now Dec 08 but ALATTAR (the Developer) have got very bad reputation for keeping promisess. I have reserved one in Global point (Part of same project) and I will be happy if it can be ready by Dec 2009 though it was for Dec 07.
Sorry to disappoint you but I hope I am wrong.
