Hello Guys,
Was hoping for some advice...We have been offered a 1 bed apartment in IC France completing in 6 months as a straight swap for our 1 bed apartment in IC China P3 which is delayed by upto 3 years.

Does this sound like a good deal or would it be better sticking with China Phase 3?

France will be ready towards the end of this year. I doubt it would be earlier. Only foundation is done so far...

Ameer is that really the case? I've seen ariel photos of the France sector and the construction work seems at an advanced stage with many buildings nearing completion?
According to our developer our France building is at an advanced construction stage. (France P11).

Nish, I am at P18 and I have been told so many stories that I can no more believe.

You can read France cluster thread and do not get confused with the France picture there which turned out to be that of Russia.

Anyway 6 or 9 months does not make a big difference for you as compared to
three yrs for China Phase III. I just want you to know that when they want to sell you something they will try to bull **** you as much as they can...like for China Phase III. I personally withdrew myself from China Phase III more than one year ago. I noticed lack of consistency in what they said to me...I am happy that I have done so although I lost a little bit in exchange rate.

Good luck in your decision.

Angry Toronto....is it worth it?

Hi

Im new to this forum on IC3. Have an investment in Toronto too and was planning to seriously move into the flat when competed....since the project has not taken off yet, does anyone recommend any other inexpensive flats to invest in, Dubai, Ajman or UAQ?

I was told by Al Attar office last week that instalments have been / will be rescheduled due to delays. New expected date of completion being Dec 2008!

Ofcourse the important point to consider is, whether there will be a rush of flats in the market in December 2008 or not......a delay could be + or -ive depending on supplies of similar budget flats in that month or quarter.....

Valued opinions in response are requested....

Cheers

Niraj,
I was worried that why I should pay when Toronto and Vancouver Towers have been delayed. Can you really confirm that the instalments have been rescheduled.
As I gather from Khaleej Times reviews, 2008 will see a point when supply will outstrip demand and that will be accompanied by some drop in anticipated premium in investments.
Regards.
