You are going to have to join a real long line.......

If you buy a Property on the secondry market for International City you will need to make an apointment with Nakheel to do a property transfer where the Owner of The Building, The Buyer and The Seller all meet at the Nakheel Head Office near the Palm Turn off on Beach Road and sign paper work and do a transfer.

Nakheel will get 1 % for all this hard work and the Lands Department will get 1 % of the sale

Appointments to do a transfer are very difficult to get. I have been told that they are now issuing appointments in April to do transfers so get in early to make a booking.

Default Confirmed - Al attar to delay payment schedules due to Phase III delays..

Guys

I was in the Al attar offices last week as i sold my IC Phase III property.
As well as slagging them off about their poor customer service the lady i dealt with did reassure that al attar will DELAY payment schedules to bring into line the delays they are facing. Delays are around 12 months so at least you can relax! Dubai was nice but the traffic was awful i just dread to think with all these apartments will definitely heighten traffic and cause more congestion! good luck to all who are staying with their Dubai investments if anyone does want to sell i have an excellent agent in Dubai who will set you free!

Today I Asked Alattar ,they Are Rescheduling The Installment Because Of The Delay In Ic3 And With The Mortage Possibility For Paying.
They Will Inform Us Later.

Ive bought in Park lane international city lll through property platform I paid £65K Dec 06for 1 bed now gone to £67k have paid 30% deposit and I am waiting for contracts March 07 suposed to be completed Jan 08 I will be suprised if it is as the plans have been changed.

i have bought a unit here as well for £ 65.000 in Jan 07 , 30% down 70 % on completion ,through GPD Investments LLC - London UK .also been told today 8 march 07
that is going to complete in first quarter of 2008. hitkot@hotmail.com

I was reading through this thread and realized the difficulties for foreign clients those bought or booked properties in Dubai.

One has to start taking this impression off from the peoples mind that Dubai people do not understand the importance of communication.

Exclamation Al-Attar MOU

I have an appartment in toronto towers, last month I called al-attar was informed by Imran that the project has been dealyed for about an year and hence all the payments are delayed as well, new payment dates will be announced later.

Just yesrerday I received another call from al-attar from, he mentioned that they are going to start the construction in 3-4 month and he wanted me to come to al-attar office and sign a memorundum of understanding, I asked him what is the exact starting and completion date and he was not sure about it. I replied that I will not sign any papers unless I have the exact completion date in writing from al-attar.

Does anyone receive such calls from al-attar?
