You are right, they cant construct the building in 6 months. I purchased a studio in Global Garden view int city phase 3. I have just been sent a revised payment plan which ends in December 2009 when the building is complete. I think phase 3 will complete end of 2009 or early 2010.

I got rid of my Phase 3 apartment last week. Phase 3 is heavily delayed and construction is actually expected to start late in 2008 and finish in late 2009-early 2010. I'd bought mine in 2005 so this would have been a huge delay for me.

Nish, Any chance of informing us about the price you obtained, type of flat sold and location? It may help me and others decide the future of their flats. Mine is in the Toronto Tower.

Like yourself i purchased in 2005 and a date of end of 2009 / early 2010 is too long a wait. I have suspended my payments until construction starts at the end of 2008. I have been trying to sell for around 2 months. Alot of people have shown interest but as i have paid over 50% people are finding it hard to raise the initial capital. Do you mind telling me who you used to sell your property, if you dont want to mention them on-line can please send me a private e-mail.

Our was in Phase 3 china. Rather than sell we swapped it for a ready made one in Phase 1 International City with the same agent. Made sense as we'll have the keys soon rather than wait another 2-3 years and can start to earn rent on it.

Default Another Jerk is comming up

Hey beware of such people/organization, they will be harvesting your hard earned money in the name of cheap flats, As we are suffering from same ARY/Nakheel strategy advertised 3 years before and now we are stuck with it. So Don't ever go for it, at the time of possession they will bring us down and force us to feed their BIG UGLY GREEDY TUMMY in the name of unjust service charges which may go up to 15-20% of initial project price.

First of all its sure to all that ARY has committed fraud but dear it is all the more clear that every company is not the same. I wouldn't praise my company just by words. Our previous proven track record shows our strength and our commitment. During our last project, we have been doing Ramada Ajyad Project in Saudi Arabia in Makkah Al Mukarramah just 600 meters from Masjid Al Haram with collaboration of second largest Saudi developers Tadawul Aljazeera. We were sharing investment in that project and was awarded with sole worldwide marketing rights. With the success of our last project, we have been awarded the sole worldwide marketing rights to all the upcoming projects of Saudi second largest developers. I would suggest you to have do a research about our company, find how we work and fulfill our commitments and then make and comments about us. Same sweet lolly words were delivered by ARY, and I don't think that before IC project ARY had any such bad repute. They had committed such crime not only with Pakistanis but also with whole world, and I am ashamed that such Idiot was Pakistani which not only put his repute on stake but also brought down our heads as Pakistani in front of whole world.

You tell me Why don't we presume that your organization is not from such fraudulent thieves community. ARY was also a good organization on which people showed their full trust, If they can do this, then why not you?

You have no right to call our experience as Non-Professional. If I was at your end instead of struggling with Words War, I would rather give proofs of my professional commitment and try to clear doubts of investors.

I am not an investigator who collects proof, I just shared my experience in this forum and Who you are to intimate me to be careful in future? Isn't this a Dadagiri attitude you are showing. I am seeing first marketing person who is trying to harass before selling his product

I can give you a hint if you have a common sense you would absolutely understand it.

Dear All!
As I've just become a member of this group and read these messages re the delay in the construction work of IC Phase 3. I agree, and thank you all, who say that we should act together not to be misleaded any more by the companies holding our hard earnings with the hope they will build for us our dream homes ontime.

I have reserved an apartment in Global Point and made and made all sheduled payemnts on time until now. I have now made an appointment with Al ATAR for next week to find out about thier current stand. I will update this form on my return to UK on the following week.

For your information I was told over the telephone , today, when making this appoint with AL ATTAR that I will be presented with I new shedule for the reamining payement to sign. Can somebody, please, advise me whether I should sign up to such a revised payment shedule or just get my money back and look some where else? What other options I might have to think about? I have been hearing about the compensation. Is it really easy and simple to achieve this in Dubai?

My kind regards to all readers.
