Nobody will build for the price you have agreed few years back.

I am really shocked by your news! I have just found a second hand 2b/r in Toronto Tower last month, o/p was 490,000dhs, s/p 650,000dhs. Is it a good deal? It seems that you mean the project would be cancelled, is it truth? And from where you got this information?

I don’t know if the project is going to be canceled but defiantly they will not
Build a 2 bedroom for 490000 DHS.
They might modify the project and increase the prices or even cancel it
How can you explain that 2 bedroom is for sale at 650000 DHS when a ready one or almost ready flat in the CBD is double the price
Something is not right but miracle happens ………..
Anyway who is the developer?

Do you know ESCROW account.all our money are in that deposit.
and if they cancell their deposit(developer deposit) will not be returned to them by GOV.

Does anybody has any update about Al Jawzaa? Any latest pics from site work? Any images of Phase 3 work? How about the smell problem? Is it affecting Phase 3 as well? Specially Al Jawzaa as its on the edge of Phase 3?

can someone give me some information about the construction of the skyscraper 'Desert Square' planned in the district-International City Phase 3 - the manufacturer is Dubai Desert Dream Real Eatate?
I got information about the beginning of the work in three months, but I have serious doubts because viewing all the images that I found on the web, in the area where it should rise the International City Phase 3, is only desert.
Since I intend to invest in this building I ask you to give me all the information you can.

I have also bought in Global Garden View, yesterday I checked the rera website, click under the projects, write Global Garden View it will bring up the developer?? and its not not Best Homes, from what I can see is that they have either got rid of these developments, I have emailed their legal dept, NO Reply so far, Their Frontman Shuaib Khan, has emailed me few days ago, informing me he has not got a clue when the development will start or finish !!!

I agree. I have an unit reserved in Global Point and made 60% payment. We can appoint an representaitive in Dubai to take the Issue with the Developers in a local legal frame work. Any expenses inoccuring for this could be paid by all (Such representative might be able to get a list of all purchasers from the developers for communication with and baloot issues in vital decisions) purchasers.
Though my visit to Al Attar Business centre in Shikh Zaid Road early this month was more optimistic. I was told that the building work was going to start soon and that Al Attar would be asking for 4th payment from their customers who had not paid yet. Such promisses however come and gone many times.
