Hi there,

Due to a relocation, we are selling our furnished studio which is located in Global Green View building in Central Business District. The building has been finished late 2007.

The studio (and his balcony) is located in 10th and last floor with view on the lake, Forbidden City and Persia's cluster.

The building facilities are health club, swimming pool, xDSL/Satellite link, playing/party room and there is a very spacious private and covered parking for 2 cars.

We would like to get 470,000 AED for it.
