Default Dewa

A question someone might be able to help with...

I am planning to rent the apartment out and will NOT be staying in it myself, so do I need to connect to DEWA? Or is that the responsibility of the tenant?

Default Notice of completion

I have just received Notice of Completion of my apartment and the date is 24 June. I am in building SPA-S8. The extra fees (registration, service charge and admin charges) are 12,692 dirhams. Quite a lot of money I think. Anyway they need the money "Immediately". If anyone is out in Dubai for the handover perhaps we should meet up for a celebratory drink. Good luck to everyone.

Hi Chaz
I have a studio apartment of 479 sq.ft. Your charges seem huge.

Apartment in T7 due to handover to building owner 7th June. Planning to goto Dubai 2 weeks after for actual handover, hoping this is enough time for building owner to be ready.

Anyone else planned trip to Dubai for handover yet?
