anyone else having problems when transferring money?

each time i make a transfer, i get a message from Zero 4 saying that there is a shortfall of X amount AED.

for my final payment, they claim a shortfall of AED 805!

my bank showed me that they transferred the complete amount

Hi guys..
I'm a studio owner in the spanish cluster bulding T10.
As I can't be in Dubai for the handover of the 6th June I phoned yesterday my building owner that told me that in the future..i didn't understand when... I 'm getting some documents included a format for allowing my sister who lives in dubai to procede with the handover without me.
Could anyone confirm me this information???

I think yes you can nominate/authorize someone who can get only possesion on behalf of you. (not 100% sure about UAE) maybe some can help you there with 100%sure

Thank you very much for your reply...as I have problems with spoken language sometimes I hardly understand everythig people tell me by telephone so I hope that you could explain me also this thing: the bulding owner told me thatI have to receve also more documets (including the authorization). Last week I receve the request for services charges nakheel affection plan etc. etc. what kind of documents i have still to receive? but do you think i 'm going to receive them after having paid the charges? in this case i will pay imediatly in order to obtain the format for giving my sister the authorization..thank you very much for your help

I received the mail from Zero4 stating the handover date as 7th June and payment amount. I have now paid this and told Zero4 I shall be in Dubai 2 weeks after the handover date they stated.
They have told me that I have to wait for their admin department to organise a date with one of their managers.
Has anyone actually got this appointment date from Zero4. Its very difficult to book holiday and they cannot promise or say anything about a date.

I am sorry that i cannot reply you properly because i m still waiting for possesion but following member i mentioned are senior member and they can you help you more in this regard.

Hi All,

Please note the handover dates you are being given are when the building will be handed over to the building owner NOT to you. If you contact your agent/developer they should give you more info.
I was given a handover date of 3rd of June, but when I spoke to them they advised not to book flights until a confirmed date of individual handover is given, which may be a month later.

The handover from building owner to you and not Nakheel to building owner.
