My handover is supposed to be 31 May but have been told not to book flights until zero4 get keys for apartment from Nakheel!! Hope its not gonna take too long!

I have been given a handover date of 3rd June for Spain, but no appointment for personal handover yet. There was a 2 month gap between handover dates given and personal handover on some Persia bocks.

With regards to infrom you that the Master Developer, Nakheel, Just now informed us that they are not in a position to handover the building as per dates earlier informed by them.

We expect to hear from them in near future.

Please be informed that this is as per the advice from Nakeel and revised date are not final. Our handover transiton guidelined will be couriered to you as soon as we get the official from nakheel confirming the final handover dates.

You are right so did I this is bad news cant schedule my leave till we know nearer the date, by then the flights will be higher in Price.

I was told by Zero 4 it will be around 16th June with the handover.

Which buiding is your apartment in, this is IC1-SPA-T3

Is this affecting all of the spanish sectors? Also does this also mean that the last payment due does not have to be paid now until we get the new dates? I have emailed zero4 but have not had a response as yet. Unfortunately I have booked my flights and cannot change them. This is getting quite annoying as they told me to make travel arrangements.

It seems odd that Zero4 would have told you to make travel arrangements before having the keys. When I spoke with them they clearly said DO NOT book flights until personal handover confirmed. I have had no problems with them so far. Delays in construction are quite normal and should be anticipated. Going today for handover, I hope all will be OK.

Great to hear your going for handover today, but also surprising because everyone else seems to be still waiting. Which block is your apartment in?

I know, I actually have it in writing. I also received the email saying that they are hoping that the building handover will be hopefully 17 June. Luckily for me I haven't sent the last payment.
