only the tenants pay the commission not the owners

Sorry you will not get any reply regarding ARY, it seems that totallyproperty forums members / moderators only communicate issues related to I/C buyers from UK.

Hi there

Most of the members on this site havent had any dealings with ARY so its not that we dont wish to communicate about ARY, its just that we dont have any information that we could share with you.

There are a few threads from members who bought from ARY perhaps you should "pm" them direct.

I shall also try and find out what ever information I can.

Hi All

I just took possesion of my 2 studios in Spain. Which went quite smoothly. At Zero4 I met another gentleman who was also picking up his keys. We got talking and it ended up with both of us going to the DEWA office and sorting out the formalities over there. After that he took me to a office in the China Cluster and there was this Mr Anwar (azee74<AT>hotmaildotcom) as mentionioned by Jamlin in his previous post. He took all my details and has promised to rent the apartments out within 7 days. for those of you with 1 bedroom apatments he has tenants waiting.My impresion of him was that he knows what he's doing and most important he's been established in I/C for some time now.You can see that from his offices. I will keep you posted with the progress.

what is his address of this person in the china cluster? and how much did he say that he can rent a studio and a 1 bed in the spanish cluster sleepy?

I initally asked profile jerry alex to handle the rental of my 1 bed in s17 but after several ignored e-mails to him ref his progress I got intouch with azee74 he has found a tenant for aed55,000 tenant pays the commision,dewa fee and 2500 deposit.Sounds great but am a little sceptical has anyone had dealings or got any info on his credentials to put my mind at rest?

I am following this interesting blog now for some time and want to thank you all for the helpful information and opinions so far.

I bought 2 appartments in the Spain cluster back in 2004 and just have limited access to information, since I live in Germany and good Information about IC is a scarce resource over here.

I will be in Dubai in 7 days in order to rent out my appartments and am looking for tenants.

I am offering one 1-Bedroom and one Studio at the best price. if anyone knows trustworthy tenants he or she is more than welcome to conatct me - o.saffary at gmail dot com

Furthermore I would be very thankful for some good advice for a car rental. I need at least somthing like a C-Class if not E- or S-Class, but at a reasonable price. Thanks a lot in advance...
