Either some sort of Law action or we should all mail to Dubai newspaper ARY brandname should be disreputed. But then have all the customer in italian for their possession?

I PAID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME AND I GOT THE KEYS OF MY APARTMENT BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE AGREEMENT LETTER, GOD KNOWS WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH IT, NOVEMBER IS STARTING AND IT'S BEEN FOUR YEARS NOW SINCE I BOUGHT THIS APARTMENT. I am trying to call ary office in karachi but nobody is responding in the office and when u go in there office, half of the office is empty most of the people who used to work there, left the job. I am still confuse if ARY is attempting doing fraud with us. Can somebody help me on this. What do you think about this ?. IS ANYONE HERE FROM KARACHI. PLZ GIVE ME YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM....

I have collected my keys to my apartment in S8. The process with zero4 was totally hassel free. They also get a driver to take you out to see the apartment. I am very pleased with my purchase and the spanish sector does look very nice indeed.

I think the 1st step we can do is to request any member who live in Dubai to visit ARY on behalf of all of us. We can give some sort of athority to him for inquiry.
Based on reply from ARY, we can take further action.

I agree from Tareen if ARY is giving us tough time we can give a hit back. They should now announce the dates for hand over.

I called ARY Office in Dubai just now and the Rep. is still singing the same song. which is " we are starting the hand over from Next Week". I dont know how true it is, but...
Everybody now should start calling ARY Office in Dubai to create pressure.

just back from dubai, international city looks great, will be better when it's all done!!!! spoke to and met mohammed from rocklands renting agency, really nice guy. heard that ary are behind with their payments to nakheel, hence the delay to the ary clients...don't know if it's true, but it's what i got told out there..but on a positive note, when i saw one of the ary blocks, they looked really nice..i'd be happy with one of them good luck everyone.

Hi Chaz, can u tell me how much u rented out ur flat and which agency u used?
