i did it with mohammed that is on this site. his company are called rocklands. he's quoted me about 55,000 for a year, 1 bed. 2 cheques. nice guy though, worth speaking to..better than others i have tried. still don't know if it's rented yet though, had to leave before it got to that point!!!x

I need to know which cluster your apartment is?. Mine is in ARY Spain I dont know exactly the building # but I spoke with ARY last week & they told me that they will hand over before 30th Nov 07, lets hope.
Do you have e-mail or web address of Mr. mahmood(the agent), so that I can contact him before going to Dubai.

First of all, thankx a lot for your update. We were very hopeless but your message gave all of us who are away from Dubai, a little hope.
Can you give us the e-mail or contact # of Mr. Mohammad so that I can contact him before going to Dubai.
I have spoke with ARY last week & they assured that they will hand over my 1 bed apartment before 30th of Nov, lets hope so.

Hi guys,

I have just picked up my keys from zero4 and have to say everything went very smoothly. They even arranged a driver to take us there to see the studio apartment in the spanish cluster. This is the first time I've seen international city and it dose look really good, and it's good to know that people are already living there . The studio apartment looked great and there was absolutly nothing wrong with it. Also contacted Sultan renting agency as mentioned in this forum and they were very helpfull as well. Will post some pics as soon as i have a bit more time.

Does anyone know if there are any other charges once the handover is complete that one needs to be aware of? I know there is a maintenance charge. Not sure who it is paid to and how much. Also any advice on getting bldg and home insurance on the I/C 1bd flat. I intend to rent mine out and going to pick keys in mid Dec. Thanks guys.

to be honest, don't know if they have a trading licence!!!- don't know what one of them is he has rented my apt out already and had contracts sent to me in england, he also calls often to give me updates on what's happening. don't know if this helps.x
