Kauser

Did you buy in Spanish Cluster?

Have you looked into any hotels?

Anyone, any suggestion for cheap hotels?

"Cheap" hotels in Dubai are VERY shabby. Best bet is for a 3 star. Sea shell inn hotel is where my family have stayed at many times and are very good value for money. However its not close to International City so thats the trade off. For up to the minute hotels and user reviews, i always use tripadvisor: Reviews of holidays, hotels, resorts, holiday and travel packages - TripAdvisor this site has never let me down! check it out...

Just talked to the building owner and Kauser's estimate of end March is probably not far off. They still haven't heard any further info from Nakheel about when apartment will be ready and then all the land registry and DEWA items will have to be done after that.

Oh well I waiting 2 years already so a bit more of a wait is not going to kill me. I expected delays anyway, when has anything in the Middle East been on time anyway ? :-)

Default Spanish cluster T3 - update from agent

"We are delighted to inform you that the construction work has been completed and most of the buildings in your cluster are ready in most part. They are carrying out the final finishing, touch-up, minor repair, left over works in various buildings and we expect this should get completed / sorted out very soon.

As you would kindly appreciate, it is difficult for Nakheel from security and safety considerations to handover a cluster unless all buildings are fully completed.

We are expecting the letter from Nakheel regarding the exact completion date / handover date. Once the letter is received we shall get in touch with you advising the key handover and other finalization procedures."

Got the email yesterday from Zero4 after enquiry.
