No! If you look closely IC has got only blue line which runs along emirates road... however connections to red and purple lines are not far from IC...

Red face

Ali54 at this stage there is no line to the International City
Referenced Map was from the RTA web site, they are after all the guys in charge of the rail project

It is informative if you are able to quote reliable sources for information, and the RTA web site was where my information came from, including the graphic.

I am sure you did not intend your posting to be misleading however the information was not correct and could give a prospective buyer or tenant the impression that a line is immanent.

Why does the RTA site not have the Purple and Blue lines ? Simple answer the lines and stations are still a work in progress which Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the RTA has mentioned. Read the Gulf News Quote posted by Buddy Al Tayer said the project will be offered for tendering in May 2008. He made it clear that there may be changes in a number of stations and facilities after the design study is complete.

I do know a Senior Manager involved in the Rail Project so next time we meet i will ask him his thoughts. Last time we spoke I.C. was not on the radar.

NOTE: edited to make the obvious more obvious

THANKS ALOT
I was given hard copies of the ALATTAR letter together the correspondents received from the NAKHEEL. They are 6 pages. I scanned the ALATTAR letter to copy then paste here but no success. The system is not very kind on me saying that I am not an active member and have not posted 20 replies yet. However to have served the member of this group to some extent I am writting here the exact content of the ALATTAR letter (will now also request Al Attar if they can email me these document that I can forward to this group):

June 24, 2004*

Dear Valued Customers,

Attached is the letters from Nakheel stating that they only given turnovers and subsequent on 1st of April 2007 which means that they just give requisite permitting and approvals. Then they give us the compliance certificate (TO4) coming from Nakheel as well on May 23, 2007 stating that we are already approved in the complied requirements. Meaning the cause of the delayed is not in our part because it's obviously seen that the pending documents are with them plus that they are making the infrastructure.

Thanks & Regards,

Signed

Mr Majid Al Attar
Managing Director
Al Attar Properties STAMPED

*(mistakenly written 2004 instead of 2007 - this is the date that I visted the ALATTAR in Dubai)

Question property delay by Alattar in global point

It is right that all the delays are because of Nakheel but we have bought the property from Alattar and they must pay for compensation or refund the money with banking intrest rate+1 and they can complain in this matter from
Nakheel you see If we have had any delay in payment what they did with us lots of penalty that is in the contract.
Now what can we do now to take our right?

A buyer from alattar
