Red face use google maps for an idea all though not the latest sat photos

Check Google maps link here You will need to zoom out about 5 indexes then select Hybrid view on the upper right of the map which will highlight the Roads

The Sewerage plant is closest to Morroco Sector, the group of buildings near the man made Lake is t the Electrical Generating Plant

IC section 2/3 bordered by Roads 311 (Emirates Road presently being widened to over 12 lanes ) You Have Road D67 splitting the 2 developments with Road D54 (Academic City Road) on the S.E. side and Dubai Silicon Oasis Adjacent to IC 2/3

Default Nakheel Completion letter received.... I want to SELL

I have received completion letter for France Cluster building in International City.

I want to sell my One bedroom apartment in France cluster. What is a good price to ask?

93000 AED is still due to get the key. What should be a good price?

Default refund of installements

Friends,

Do anyone knows the latest on the progress of Toronto tower. I know al attar is projecting 2009, but any other latest update. They have offered to refund the 3rd and 4th installement. They will ask me to sign the MOU. Does anyone know of the implications of siging the MOU. has anyone discussed with any lawyer if we have any rights for claiming any charges for the delay in the project ...

Updates on International City: GLOBAL POINT, TORONTO & VANCOUVER

International City Phase 2 & 3


Global Point (T01)
• Appointed Consultant and Contractor
• Master plan approved by management
• Concept design approved by the master developer
• Site fencing completed
• Ready for shoring piling and excavation

After appointed the consultant and contractor the management has approved the master plan and the master developer has approved the concept design submitted by the consultant.
The site has been fenced by our contractor and we are expected to start the shoring piling and excavation within a week time.
The consultant is in the process of getting the NOC from Dubai authority for the main construction work.


Toronto (T02)
• Appointed Consultant and Contractor
• Master plan approved by management

After appointed the consultant and contractor the management has approved the master plan and the consultant is making the changes in the concept design submitted earlier to the master developer.


Vancouver (T04)
• Appointed Consultant and Contractor
• Master plan approved by management
• Concept design approved by the master developer
• Ready for shoring piling and excavation

HI ALL

I WENT TO ALATTAR OFFICE AND REFUND MY 3rd INSTALLMENT IN TORONTO TOWER.
THERE WERE SOME CLIENTS HAVE BEEN OFFERED TO DO SO.
I TALKED WITH MS. MYLENE ,BUT THERE WASNT ANY CLARIFICATION FOR THE DATE OF BEGINING CONSTRUCTION!!!!

**** Is Manager's check safe?? ****

I am selling my International city apartment. The agent says that I will get a MANAGER'S CHECK for the money. Is i it safe to get the Manager's check? I live in Saudi Arabia. If I take the check to another country and deposit it in my account, will it be OK?


What is your experience regarding Manager check???
