International City - Phase III

I own an apartment in Global Point. For last few days I am trying to ring the developer, It seem there is nobody present in that office.

All the calls are going to an Answer Machine, I have tried different days (Wed/Sun.)

Does any one has got their other numbers.

• Master plan approved by management
• Concept design approved by the master developer
• Site fencing completed

• Master plan approved by management
• Concept design approved by the master developer
• Ready for shoring piling and excavation

After appointed the consultant and contractor the management has approved the master plan and the master developer has approved the concept design submitted by the consultant.
The site fencing shoring piling and excavation is expected to start within a week time.

dear all who are interested in IC Phase 3 - thats the little parcel of land on the other side of al manara road to the Greece cluster of IC Phase 1 .....

All you see at the moment are power lines headed south.

I bought 2 apts from AL ATTAR properties in Global Point tower and Toronto Tower.... after many mnths of frustration with their lack of ciommunication i finally went and had a showdown with a load of their guys in their office, including the big boss Majid...

If you all want more info on progress or how to get thru to them ... ( and PLEASE STAY ON THEIR CASES FOR THE BENEFITS OF ALL OF US POOR PURCHASERS ...) then contact me by email or let the administartor on this forum know, and I will send you the details ... or if its OK I can just post their contact details on here for all to see???

PLEASE KEEP THE PRESSURE ON AL ATTAR PROPERTIES - THEY KNOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUBBISH - THEY ARE TRYING TO IMPROVE IT BUT US AS PURCHASERS NEED TO KEEP THEM ON THEIR TOES ......EUGENE IF YOU ARE READING THIS YOU KNOW WHO I AM .....

The site fencing has been completed. Enabling works that will take us through shoring, piling and excavation is now expected to start by December 2007.

Our appointed Consultant is in the process of obtaining the No Objection Certificate from relevant Dubai authorities for the main construction work.

Our Consultant is making the required changes in the concept design submitted earlier to the Master Developer.

Hi everyone,

Is anyone aware of the new completion date for these projects? Last I heard from the Al Attar guys was that they are looking at End of 2009 which is more than 2 years after the original completion date. They seem to be extending the date everytime. Does anyone know anything about this?

I hear it is end of 2010. Below is the message I received from Alattar (after I made an inquiry):

Below is the latest update from our Project Manager on the status of Global Point. Pictures are now available at
