A feel sorry for you mate. Its a disgrace. Hope things get sorted. If what is visible is in this condition, I dont want to imagine what lies behind the floors and the walls. Im beginning to doubt the quality of these buildings and how long before they start crumbling.
I know all these bad comments are not good for investors, Im an investor too but there's no point in pretending everything is great when clearly there are some very serious issues that needs to be addressed NOW because if there are problems, they WILL surface at some time in the future and when they do the prices of these apartments will crash without giving anyone chance to get out.
This is pathetic, we should all post these photos individually to Nakheel and get them to explain this scam.
Came across Nakheel's original IC brochure .... cant see any truth in what they put, even the design of the buildings is false...what a joke!
The studio apartment looks like it has been painted and plastered by children .
It depends on the building owner, as the Building Owner takes initial handover from Nakheel do you think he will inspect all of the apartments in the building individually?
Where is the Quality Control from Nakheel that should have a pre-inspection checklist before hand over to the Building Owner?
I am seeking clarification on when the Service Charges commence. I have been told the date is when the building is handed from Nakheel to the Building Owner.
ATA while its disappointing and a disgrace the project does look OK from the outside. Give it time for the dust to settle. There has not yet been one large scale project completed in Dubai where the prices have not escalated after a period of time.
Given the very low salary paid to workers yet the high charges paid to investors and apartment owners it is difficult to understand why a proper pre-inspection quality control pro gramme has yet to be in place.
NISH I have not been past the sight for some time last time was still just the Big Bill Board. I understand that Nakheel has also formed a sister company to deal with this project.
Possably sone body more in the know may be able to assist you on this as I have not been following it too closely.
