Some people had promised October 2007 delivery in phase 3 (like Vancouver Tower). Let me tell you, its AT LEAST 1 year off, if not more. No sign of roads or infrastructure, even for construction vehicles, just piles of sand brought there.

Thanks for the update. Really appreciate it. I don't know how most agents claim that the phase 3 buildings will be ready by the end of 2007.

Even I don't know how ANYONE can say that it'll be ready this year. Dec 2008 there should be something ready.

I'll do that tomorrow (Saturday) hopefully. Tameer is a big developer so I guess Al Dana 1 will give some idea about what quality their developments will be, at least in IC. They have Al Dana 2 and Al Jawza (in IC 3) coming up I guess.

Does anyone have any recent pictures of apartments in the Italian Cluster. The ones I sent in were taken 6 months ago, and I am sure that there would have been alot of improvements by now considering construction is 24hrs.
