So I have asked Homes to refund this also pro-rata, of my now large studio !! NO REPLY
Oh they did suggest suggest they would try to sell it for me and if they did they would then and only then give me back the original market value, I booked it at in 2005 ! The owner of the Agency acutally suggested this as a reasonable solution.

Unfortunately this is going to be an on-going saga as I dont intend taking this, now the worst service on the planet, sitting down. I am keen to hear if any body else has had similar experience's with Homes in Manchester. By the way I live in Ireland and therefore have been unable to drive to their office, I dont know if I would anyway, as i might have difficulty knowing when to take my foot of the gas and on to the brake when I got there !!!

I live in the UK and am in the same situation as you. was promised a balcony when I reserved the appartment. However X4 412 now doesn't. I am so annoyed. I was introduced to Vakson through Dubai Property Link.

Hi Zoheb,
What are Vakson saying to rectify their mistake, or have them come up with any offer of compensation. Homes International offered me 5k refund which i have refused point blank, as this would mean I would be paying 50k for a large studio. I have taken advice from a solictor and they seem to think that I have a strong case, I would imagine if you have anything in writting that states you were offered a balcony at the point of booking the apartment.
