the date of the annual service charge payable I presume starts from handover, so if one gets handover on 20th april 07 then next payment due will be 20th april 2008, if it starts from the date when the payment was made then we are losing out.

The agent is MBC Realty. I spoke to Nakheel & they said the delay is from the agents side. When I contacted MBC Realty they said that they haven't recd all the payments. I told them that they have to set a final payment date for unit owners & have some kind of late fee schedule....but I guess I have to keep pushing MBC. I want my unit to live in ASAP.....now I am getting desperate

Hello All,

I finally got my keys for Persia N3 this week. My mother is over in Dubai and picked up the keys and is in the process of furnishing the place. Had some problems with water to begin with but has now been fixed.

Hope everyone else in N3 is doing well.

I wasn't able to go over for the handover so Fix'r'us are doing the "snagging" for me, getting electricity and water switchedon and getting my keys too. as yet, I've not heard anything from them. hopefully they won't find too much problems when they do the "snagging2 but also want to make sure they do pick up on any defects or problems and get them sorted quickly. Has anyone else got their keys for N1? look forward to seeing the photo's. Is it a studio you have or 1-bedroom?

Just looked at your photo's Wayneis. i would definately not be happy if my apartment has these problems. The paintwork is a mess and looks as if it hs been done by a child!! They have been very unprofessional when finishing it off and seem to got paint everywhere where it shouldn't have been. I hope those who are doing the "snagging" for me take a note of it all and get it sorted quickly. It would be good to see the "after" pictures and how they rectified the paint problems and the other ones too. Thanks for sharing the pictures. It is much appreciated.

Hi, I've got my keys to my apts in Italy sector, the job is just as bad, but very easily repairable, for the very short term be more concerned about letting out the apts. Some of these details will be sorted out in due course of time.

The construction workers are villagers from 3rd-world countries.

P.S. You do not need the agent for the snagging. Call Nakheel directly. They handle it well, in my experience.
