Hi guys, Regarding info from Nakheel,I have received an E-mail from Sara @ nakheel stating that handover for my property is set for 16th april

yup, I have the same info about Morocco I-8 though one building in Morocco still has scaffolding on it. Top paint or whatever and still looks a bit off than the 1st May date. Original date promised was December 2006 as in promised in November 2006. Donno how many delays already before that. Then building owner said 28th Feb AFTER the transfer was done at Nakheel's office. Now I get 1st May which I still doubt. In Feb Morocco looked more "ready for handover" than today 12.04.2007. Trying to be brutally honest here but I think they may be doing this to regulate the market. If all buildings are released then rentals will crash for sure as everyone will be eager to lease out after so much delay and paying up such long time ago.

handing over date is now end of may....6 months rent is gone
