Real Estate Agents in Dubai will tell you what you want to here.

The market price for 1 bedroom International City is around 450,000 AED plus your add on charges.

There is a saying that there is a sucker born every minute its just a matter of finding them.

I reckon it cnt be that low... 1 bed in italian cluster must be over AED 450,000 thts wht I think may be u hv a better idea than me....I dont know wht should I do for the extra charges ARY has levied on investors.

I sold my one bedroom a month ago cleared 405 K. Charges included took the final price to 450K, market forces rule 450K present price range pay any more as a buyer and you are being taken for a ride.

I m from Islamabad and recently have taken over the possesion from ARY last month, the purpose of sending my reply is, here in islamabad most of the owners has established an allience, where we are taking the decisions after discussing the things and one by one taking over the possesion and putting up the pressure meanwhile on management as well, if any one from you is interested to be a part of it and like to coordinate in this regard can contact me on the following numbers:

Default ARY Crooks

ARY is demanding 44000 more dhs from me now for a One Bedroom apartment. They are the biggest crooks I have run across.

What are my choices?

I think sorry you dont have any choice just pay the rite amount and get the keys don't waste your time and money. People will never belive ARY again as they did in the last with their customers.

I am living in Dubai and have invested in International city. We are even suffering the same problem with another real estate agency (seems like everyone of these people have lost their dignity) but i was unable to ignore the charges you have mentioned.

For DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority - Dubai) the charges are AED 1000 for the Main and Sub Meter + AED 1000 as Security deposit (which is completely refunsable); I think ur real estate company have added few extra charges to every charge. I am trying to get in touch with Nakheel directly as my real estate company is now holding all the delay against Nakheel as they have delayed the land registration.

Let me know if I can help you guys in anyways being present in Dubai (though I am struggling to get my apartment but still I will do my best)

I want to know that, did anybody of you got the nakeel contract letter/purchse agreement? I have rented out my apartment in july 2007 after getting possession from ary, but i am still waiting for agreement papers of nakeel.
