Hey wayne, did you measure those for size? Top-loading washing machines will be inaccessible under the counter in studios at least.

No I did not measure . The ones in the photo are on the smaller size just thought it would give you an idea what money you would be up for.

When I get access to my studio I will post info on what you asked as well as the snagging acceptance procedure

Hey wayne, what do you mean by snagging acceptance procedure? For defects all I did was call Nakheel customer service and they sent over people the next day to fix them. And I can do that for a year for free, according to the contract.

GTMashSnagging is inspecting your apartment for defects and snags in final finishing of the property and ensuring that all developer specifications are met.

The building company is not obliged to inform you about the defects of the property that may have, however the construction company together with the Developer are obligated to finish off all defects and snags supply to them by your snag inspection surveyor report.

As an owner I am not taking acceptance until I have completed my Inspection and all faults are corrected / repaired or fixed.

Nakheel is obligated to repair/fix for 1 year and I would expect them to come around to my apartment to rectify any future in a timely fashion.

Well wayne, you'll be glad to know that Nakheel does fix stuff without any hassle. Already had them in my place twice.

i thought the snagging process was only for a month, it's good news if it's for 1 yr.
Wayneis, thx for appliance pics, these appliances in the UK cost 2-4 more.
