Talking Rented my 1 Br/53 to 56k and Studio at 40K

Yes Nakheel is renting at low rent, but even at the low rent they are making more money then the AVG investor.

Do not look at it as a bad thing, but take the good side of it. They are 2 to 3 hours queues line to rent the Nakheel’s apartments, they have 125 Building all together. So they will rent quickly and fill Intl City quickly, hence create an atmosphere.

However, tenant cannot choose they apartment and it is as first come first serve basis. They might rent a corner apartment at Persia for 48k but might get a studio at China for 32K where the smell can be unbearable.

In Dubai you can get the same orange at the coop, half the price than Spinneys. It is all about Marketing.

My advice is rent it yourself, the tenant will feel more secure to rent directly to landlord and have no commission to pay.

As well I have upgraded the premise with equipped kitchen, it cost less than AED 2000 and prospect tenant are sensible to that +

I have rented 2 studio and 40K and my 1 bed room from 53 to 56 K in Persia on the above idea, and my tenant are happy.

Best of luck

Gilaud

Outstanding Gilaud! 40K for a studio? What sort of rate of return is that? 15% 20%? Great stuff!

There is an extractor fan in the ceiling. It's just that some people visiting the place miss it for some reason. The switch for it in on the wall.

So the 40k rent is with an equipped kitchen. Hmm, I'd like to know too what equipment you provided.

... just a Nice fridge and Gas oven, do not buy one with electricity as there is no electric link for those. You can go one extra miles buy providing one Washing machine/Dryer(2 in one) it would be even more appreciated

Good luck

Gilaud.

You have secured GOOD rentals for your apartments. Cograts.

Can anyone give me some idea as to howm much rent my Studio (545 sq. ft.) in Riviera Lake View Apartments (front side first Floor) with parking will fetch. I had posted pictures in the "Ask Questions Thread" of the building which is in the Central Business District not very far from the Dragon Mart. The units are shortly to be handed over by the developer!

Here's another for reference.

Thanks!
