Zoheb, the expected rent will be AED 40,000/= per annum in england but subject to current market situation, because by that time so many apartment in different cluster will be going to handover, so the market will be very much competitive, and how much time it will take to handover the England cluster

Of-course you may get the apartment for three months which is call called short term leasing on monthly basis, that will be he studio flat if you are looking for the furnished or unfurnished, the rent will be for furnished is
AED: 4500/- per month and un-furnished will be AED: 3700/= per month.
