Hi everyone

I just wanted to ask forum members if they would like to communicate further but outside of this forum??

Myself and member NOOR, are in contact with each other quite regularly via phone and although many members might be uncomfortable with that, I was going to suggest giving out each other's email addy instead....

In this way, we can forward information or ask each of any specific information that is not posted on this forum.

This forum obviously will continue but having communication directly with forum members also gives that extra help especially with the forthcoming handovers in June of the Spanish Cluster. And also keep us in contact ongoing once we all have possesion of our apartments.

If anyone thinks this is a good idea, please "pm" with your email addy's and I will send out an official email with everyone in copy.

please can u give me any info of expected shop rental per sq ft in England cluster or running rental in other cluster that will be highly appreciated please also mention the sale price of 427 sqft shop.

Sale prices of shops are at about 900 Dhs per sq foot, as for rentals in England sector, as none of the buildings have been actually handed over, it is a little difficult to know. Some shops in China are being advertised for about 80 Dhs. per sq. ft.

What I do know is that the shops & commercial spaces in IC fall under the Jebel Ali Free Trade Zone, as a friend of mine has taken a shop in the Italian sector, & is in the process of getting his trade license. However there are & will be licensing issues about some specific business types.
