Italy Cluster:Sales Agreement from ARY

My father bought studio flat in International City through ARY in Karachi. He has paid complete amount of the flat and other charges. In the start of this month he received letter from ARY asking him to get NOC from Karachi office and come to Dubai for taking the possesion. He had to pay other maintenance charges to get NOC letter. He finally got the letter.
Now when my father contacted ARY Dubai, He found that they are only giving the flat keys and not the Sales Agreement. I can't understand why? He is waiting to find out what is happening with other allottees before leaving for Dubai.
Did anyone get Property Sales Agreement from ARY ? If yes, where did you get it from, what other charges you had to pay (DEWA etc)?
My dad is worried for last three years and ARY are just playing around .
Please inform me if you have or havent got the sales agreement yet!!

I have same story but i have not received any letter either from ARY-KHI or ARY-Dubai i met guy in ARy dubai office having the same story you mentioned get the keys no sale agreement becoz he says we have submited your documents to nakheel and we have receipt and waiting from nakheel just get the keys and wait for sale agreement.

r u talking about purchase and sale agreement from nakheel or the apartment registration with dubai land dept? Anyway riz did u also have to pay 5% as service charge ? and 2% registration with dubai land dept whereas it is just 1% actually????

Lucky u got the key!! if u are talking about agreement from nakheel then dont worry u will get it!!!! just call sara mohd and give ur apt no and check if ur name shows in their system , thats it!!!

Thanks for the reply, I'm not very sure of the charges he had to pay becasue I'm in UK and my dad is in Pakistan. We haven't got the keys yet, My dad is waiting for Visa, Thanks for letting me know about Sara, I've emailed her, Looking forward to her reply now.

Thanks for leting me know about sara, she was very helpful, Nakheel hasn't given our contract(sales agreement) to the building owner(ARY) yet, once they are gonna forward it to building owner, then my dad will be called to sign the agreement. In Nakheel's system flat is in my father's name.

Sah, call sara mohd. when u have spend thousands on the apartment and thousands more to ethical ARY, then why not spend a few dirhams or a hundred rupees and make a call to sara on her direct line?

Guys, handover and most things are to do with the building owner, in my case (persia N2), Gowealthy were ready to handover 2 mths ago but the joint building owner is in singapore and the idiot is too lazy to get things completed.
