Red face Air Conditioning in Common Areas and Lights

Any one else having these problems?
Any one in a building where the A/C is being turned off in the hallways?

The Air conditioning is not being turned on in the common areas ( hall ways ) in my building as well as the lights are not being switched on.

I have lodged a complaint with Nakheel Service center they promised to get back, that was last week so lodged another complaint today and was promised an answer.

I hope its not the standard "Building Owner" response as my Building owner was only concerned with his money.

Finding the service center OK however the hand over inspection snags will continue after you connect the water supply as nakheel also acknowledge most apartments will have water leaks.....

My apartment the water was gushing out behind the bathroom bath tap, another call to the center, then I noticed a large tile on the bath about to fall off.. another call to the center and the quality of the kitchen Tap is very basic very low end but they were not able to do any thing with this.

DEWA promised connection with in 2 hours however it took just over 2 days before water and Electricity was connected then a further day delay as I had to have the water leakage fixed in the bath room.

On a positive Note communication with Nakheel has improved, a noticeable improvement when you lodge complaints with the service number.

Cool

Who said that Sara from Nakheel was helpful.....?? Well I tried to call her and swithch board refused to put me through to her saying she was unavailable.....and I was calling from the UK!....she probably knew that it was a complaint about ARY!!! which it was.....so until I get some response from her...my thoughts are that Nakheel are avoiding investors.

Red face

I was able to speak in person, however promised email response to my concerns never eventuated...Good Luck ALIYA

Nakeel made a public statement this week about being trans parent and not hiding and adding cost on top of hidden costs.

I can not work out what the high service charges are being used for and how they justify them, theres not too many people residing in I.C at the present, virtually no greenery no shops or services other than at Dragon Mart...remind me again...what was the service charge paying for??

I have said this before but there are just not going to be enough parking spaces, there are no allocation at all for parking in front of the building with shops being located down stairs.........

For a planned development from a " Master Developer" ( Nakheels spool not mine) Pi$% Poor
