Selling property in Dubai

Hi,
New to the forum, so apologies if I have posted this in the wrong location, or if it has been duplicated. Was searching the net for advice to sell my apartment in Dubai and stumbled across this forum, and so glad that I did as there is a lot of knowlegde available from real people that have purchased in International city.
I've purchased a studio apartment in the Spanish cluster a few years ago and it is finally going to be completed soon. Is there any agents that anyone can recommend that can sell the property on my behalf and also if you can give me a rough indication on what I can expect to get that would be absolouty great.

I would hang on to the Spain if you do not need the money just now. Many people have paid top dollar for the English sector and from the out side they look very drab while the Spanish in my opinion are the pick of the bunch.

others have brought off the plan expecting a balcony ( some in the French sector) only to find out later no balcony and thats ok as the "Master developer" can make these changes.

When Nakheel get their act together and complete the International City project you will see a further increase in sales prices as there has yet to be a project that once fully completed has not increased by a substantial amount.

Thanks for the advice. I think your probaby right. I've waited over two years so far, so a little longer to get top dollar won't hurt. Dose anyone have a rough idea when they are expected to complete the International city project?

Thanks for the advice. You're probably right, best to hang on for a while to get best price. Anyone got any idea's as to when the International City Project is to be completed?
