How would be it, if the owner's community of the International City arrange a get together at any place. It would be definately a golden oppertunity of knowing each other and a chance to meet the community face to face.

I think you will need to give some idea of where the meeting might take place first. To start with which country will it be in? I assume you are in Dubai.

Yes I am in dubai and I guess we can set up a meeting somehere in Dragon mart itself so that we can look at the site as well as get to know each other as well

You have to setup schedule because i just left dubai and cannot meet you guys over there so once or twice a month with some fix date meeting will be good and others can join also any feed?

Thanks for your replies, actually it is not decided yet when or where should we arrange the meeting, and its not a big issues, either we can arrange it at dragon mart as cuckoo has mentioned or anywhere else.

But in my opnion, we should have the participation of atlest atleast 15 to 25 people, in short i want maximum participation of the people.

The objectives of the meeting are:

1. To have a face to face interaction with each other as mostly are expats

2.To eliminate the problems of owners of different Clusters due to malafied
demands of building's owners as we used to discuss those problms on this discussion forum (i.e. ARY, Nakheel or others)

3.To have a direct interaction with each other in dubai and in own country

4. A great oppertunity to share the oppertunities related to real estate in dubai with each other

5. And an oppertunity to find the investors directly (i.e. ppl can get a direct access to find the buyers and sellers on the spot and can get the appartments on rental basis) like me or other ppl can find more ppl .....

It's a long overdue idea to meet & discuss on a one on one level, however as this will be a gathering of people, it needs to be done at some private address.

I own 215 & 217 in U4, Italy.
