Owners Meeting of IC Properties in Islamabad

Yesterday at Islamabad the IC Property Owners had a meeting and some good things came in the knowledge of the participants.

1. Before, the property owners had to pay about AED. 26000 in the shape of different charges for studio (Including Nekheel Charges,DEWA, ARY and servies charges) Now you will have to pay about AED. 18000 only and the same case is for 1 bed appartments before the owners were paying about 30K to 38K now the same will apply on them also. (there is a deduction of about AED. 8000/-)

2. A group of property owners of 8 to 10 persons is going dubai in the first week of july for handing over the possesion of their appartments in international city.

3. The rental value for the studio is about 35K to 36K for one cheque, 37 to 38 for 2 cheques and 39 to 40K for 3 to 4 cheques

4. The rental value of the one bed appartmenr is about 46 to 47 1 cheque
48 to 49 two cheques and 50 on three to 4 cheques.

PS: This is just for the Information, the facts can be different also, but as it was discussed in the meeting, i m informing accordingly.

Hi,
I wish to know the breakdown of 18K, I mean what does 18K include? Previously ARY was charging 5% of apartment value as service charge and AED 10/sqft as maintenance charges and around 3,800 as DEWA charges and another 2% as dubai land dept charges, plus the balance amount payable towards teh apartment and for many people, also fines!!!

Also was any ARY offcial present? I mean only then the meeting has any value!
