Hello,

Does anyone have any idea when Tamweel will handover the Morocco flats (I-7)
The flats are ready; electricity and water is available…there are people already residing in the I-6 flats?
They keep postponing the handover every month?
Does anyone have any idea?

I guess no one has true idea about handover apart from Nakheel or Tamweel, I also kept on calling them and it is always this week or this month however since the actual handover has started around buildings this is a good sign and it means they are going to handover hopefully this or next month.
Regards, Irfan.

Default Morocco Handover

Well being an owner in Morocco, I can safely say that they have already begun handover of a few buildings. As per my knowledge, the process is being done building by building. I have already received an intimation about collecting the keys. This was about two weeks ago. My building is I-11, and a friend of mine also with a unit in the same building has already received his keys. So it's only a matter of time before you receive yours. Don't hold your breath though, I've been seriously disappointed so far with Tamweel's attitude and Nakheel's indifference. One thing I can say is that the wait is finally over! Cheers!
