Conference Call - UPDATE

Thanks to everyone who participated in the conference call today. I found it extremely useful and it also put my mind at ease speaking to "real" people as opposed to using this forum which can get rather informal and dehumanised at times.

To the person who tried to join the call but was told by me to disconnect. Apologies, we seemed to have some issues with the sound everytime you tried to connect. Perhaps you were on a mobile or an international caller? Could you identify yourself so that I can give you the information that was discussed.

I own an apartment in Spanish Block and understand from Zero4 that handover is imminent.

I guess there are still alot of apartment owners who have lots of questions so I was thinking about setting up a conference call which I use regularly for work.
