Any latest news on ARY, spanish block possession?

I PAID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME AND I GOT THE KEYS OF MY APARTMENT BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE AGREEMENT LETTER, GOD KNOWS WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH IT, NOVEMBER IS STARTING AND IT'S BEEN FOUR YEARS NOW SINCE I BOUGHT THIS APARTMENT. I am trying to call ary office in karachi but nobody is responding in the office and when u go in there office, half of the office is empty most of the people who used to work there, left the job. I am still confuse if ARY is attempting doing fraud with us. Can somebody help me on this. What do you think about this ?. IS ANYONE HERE FROM KARACHI. PLZ GIVE ME YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM....

Hi Guys,
I have a couple of apartments in the Spansih Cluster at the International City, i was told that these would be handed over in the first week of September (I bought these in July), todate not a single one has been handed over to me and the last that i have heard through creditible sources is that handover may take place after 3 weeks!!!

Does any one have any further update on this score, do let me know,

i went to i.c yesterday.My uncle asked me to inquire of his spanish apts.the structure is complete and D.E.W.A were working in the spanish clusters.Ary said they will send letters in 2 months time.

I dont know who told you that they would send letters in 2 months time.
I called ARY Office in Dubai just now and the Rep. is still singing the same song. which is " we are starting the hand over from Next Week". I dont know how true it is.

I got the same answer from ARY Dubai office. The Rep said they will start sending the handover letters from next week. I think it is coming up, cross your fingers and wait. Is there anyone who has apartment in S5, pls respond???

Well i talked to the guy named Mohsin with whom all of u will have to meet before getting pocession and he told me of the 2 month time period.May be some buildings will be handed over early.I enquired about building T 6 in spain.

I had a word at ARY Dubai Office on Nov 16, 2007. He told me that Nakheel had given possession of nine buildings to ARY in Spanish Block and remaining nine would be handed over in a week time. He asked me to contact Karachi office and get NOC first.

Did anybody contact Dubai or Karachi Office for possession?

Any news on the handover in the Spanish Cluster??? By the way, can anyone please give me the numbers for the ARY Office in Pakistan and Dubai? I've been hearing about the handover for the past 6 months and nothing is in hand as yet.

Although I am not an ARY customer, I was out in Dubai just last week to view my apartment and meet my tenant. (My agent was Profile/Zero4).

The Spanish Cluster is definitely complete so I dont know why ARY have not handed over to you! All the buildings are complete for that cluster including those building numbers that have been mentioned by ARY customers on previous threads!

Usually there is a delay if some apartment owners have not paid all the instalments or the service charges for example.

If I were you, I would bombard ARY with phone calls and find out the reason for the delays.
