I received info from Nakheel that block S5 will be handed over to building owner by the end of Sep-07. ARY in their e-mail informed that tentative date of handover of S5 to unit owners will be the end of Oct-07. Let's cross our fingers and wait. Which block your unit is ????

I have one bed in T-5 and S-15, ahs1234 do you know or find some how the possession date of these buildings in Spanish cluster in IC.

I hd buy a 1 Bed apartment from ARY in Spanish Cluster, Yesterday I call at ARY office & the rep said to me that POssesion Papers still no ready but you coolect NOC from ARY office after paying AED 12000 in terms of ARY different charges & also they advised that you have to pay AED 25000 at Dubai while taking POssesion .


In View of above please advise follows.

1. Is anyone knows the detail of AED 12000 & AED 25000
2. Any one getting Possesion Letter or there is any expected date of spanish cluster possesion .
3.What are the Current Rental Incom possible for 1 Bed.
4. Can i give my apartment on rent for Six Month .
5. Can I getting advance rent payment to pay AED 25000 in DUBAI .

I am trying to call ary office in karachi but nobody is responding in the office and when u go in there office, half of the office is empty most of the people who used to work there, left the job. I am still confuse if ARY is attempting doing fraud with us. Can somebody help me on this. What do you think about this ?
